Area(s) of Interest or Expertise:

As of yet I have illustrated a children's book, and love doing children's books, and I have illustrated many coloring pages and done several illustrations for the card game Animo. I have always had a soft spot in my heart for comics. I love great art, so that is what I look for and expect of myself in what ever genre I pursue.

My Testimony: (We encourage members to share briefly about how their faith in Christ has impacted their lives.)

I was born into a Christian household, which has its pros and cons. I group up thinking I knew Christ, and he became like my many posters on my walls growing up, someone that was always there. The problem was I began to ignore him and forget about him. It took a lot of me being stupid and him becoming less and less subtle for me to see him again for what he really was. Not just a nice idea or fun holiday, not a good teacher or a great philosopher, not a figment of my imagination or a fantasy to grow out of. I have now learned that I will only know him completely when I see him face to face, and enjoy the journey he now has me on.

Dream Job: (If you could have your dream job in the comics industry, what would it be?)

To create art that makes people smile.

Favorite Comic Creators:

David T Wenzel, illustrator of the Hobbit graphic novel, Giovanni Rigano, the illustrator of the Artemis Fowl graphic novels, Alex Ross has created some of the most beautiful paintings I have ever seen in comics, Andy Runton the creator of Owly, Stan Lee has created some of my favorite comic heroes, and so many more that I can't possibly name them all.
