My calling is to create an unabridged graphic novel (comic) of the Bible called the Word for WORD Bible Comic. It is intended to be completely true to scripture, historically accurate and aimed at Christians and comic lovers aged 15+. My Testimony: (We encourage members to share briefly about how their faith in Christ has impacted their lives.)

First off Simon Amadeus Pillario is only writer's pseudonym, so it's not my real name but this is my real story. The reason for the pseudonym will also be covered later. I'm 38, I've got a beautiful wife and two little children under 10, and I live in Bristol in the UK. I became a committed Christian through a powerful encounter with God at a local Alpha course in 2005, At that time I read the bible for the first time as an adult and was amazed at the exciting bloody tales of corrupted man and an uncompromising God. I mentioned that I was using a pseudonym before, this was an evolution I did not plan. I had a vivid dream I remember even now, in short, in the dream a prophet gave me a finished copy of my book and called me “Simon Amadeus Pillario”, I said thanks but that's not my name. He said, “In relation to this, it is”. The name stuck with me over the next few days and when I looked up what the name means I was encouraged and decided to use this as a pseudonym: Simon “God has heard” (Hebrew) Amadeus "Love of God" (Latin) and Pillario “Guardian” (name derived from puleròs ancient Greek)

Working FT completing the Word for WORD Bible Comic.- which I now am, since the success of my 2014 Kickstarter.
