Announcements!

We have some exciting news! CCAS has moved to a new and improved version of our platform. Not only is it more powerful and better organized, it is completely responsive (looks great on all devices).

The only issue we are experiencing with this move:

  • Certainly! Still trying to figure out this mousepad-drawing thing.
  • I seldom make friend requests but I see you everywhere on all the other forums too. Your positive and helpful attitude is very admirable. Qualities I look for in real life friends so ....would you be my friend?
  • Yup, gettin too heavy tho
  • Yes, I am a fan of Kudzu. I had the great opportunity to meet Doug Marlette many years ago. He was a very nice man - easy going and easy to talk to. He seemed genuinely interested in the fact that I wanted to be a cartoonist. I was saddened to hear of his passing. One thing I remember about Doug that many might not know - he was extremely tall!
  • I hope you are safe, as Turkey has been mentioned on the news here. Has the U.S. State Department issued any alerts this week?
  • Hi Thanks for the welcome. I joined the website to see what is out there in the area of Christian Comics. I live in Turkey, and am building a website to reach people here for the Lord. Many of the citizens in the area where I live are illerate or barely functionallly literate. They usually just watch TV, and do very little reading. I thought introducing them to Christian Comics might be a way to bridge the gap and introduce them to the Gospel.

I am looking for Comic Strips that an artist would be willing to post on our website so visitors may read. The website is www.isakimdir.com. We may be willing to purchase a good strip.

    Is anyone interested?

  • Thanks, brother. I appreciate that. God-willing, we will be able to publish Christian comic books to the same extent.
  • My last three mousepad scribbles are for members who don't have faces yet. You can use the face as your avatar and add something like, "Hi! My name is Chuck. I am even more good looking in person. Your parents already like me. I can't lay a finger on my billion dollar trust fund until I marry you."
  • Welcome to the CCAS inviroment. I pray thay you enjoy the fellowship.

    Be Blessed
