We have some exciting news! CCAS has moved to a new and improved version of our platform. Not only is it more powerful and better organized, it is completely responsive (looks great on all devices).

Hi ya, I know you like Christian comics so I know you'll love The Word for WORD Bible Comic, (Unabridged, historically accurate graphic novel of the Bible with a high view of scripture. For ages 15+)
To complete the first book I need your help, as I am raising funds on Kickstarter. My passion is to get God's Word in full into the hands of young believer and unbelievers and comic lovers of all ages, in the hope they will come to really know God. Please check it out at the KS page, it's going well but I still need lots of backers so I hope as a CCAS member you'll please pledge to support this project...

Happy Birthday and a blessed Thanksgiving Josh! God bless you and your family:)
Just checking in to see how your Solomon's Seven cartoon series idea is going, hope you keep up with it, I know that many out there that are interested in Ben10 (I used to watch it XD ) would be interested in this series and it's something I would let my kids watch when they're older (1 in the oven and our son is 15 months at the moment lol) Will be praying for your success!
Hey, glad your little girl likes ZooWhiz, stoked! I'm hoping it's a big success, as my job relies on it.
I'm gonna check out Zeke Meeks, the name alone sounds cool.
As for work for childrens ministry, that's a noble goal. Maybe we'll get to collaborate in the future!
Me, I'm still working on ZooWhiz, hopefully we will keep upgrading it for years to come. As well as that I'm like you, going from project to project, doing bits of graphic design as well as illustration. At the moment I'm working on finishing off an advent calendar.
Well, I'll check out the Zeke Meeks stuff and whatever else is on your website. You still developing those awesome kids with bible powers? That picture is what drew me to your art in the first place, I think you're onto a winner there, man.
Matt
Hey Josh, thanks heaps for commenting on my David and Goliath picture. How are you going with your freelance work? Hope it's going well and that your talent is being put to good use. What sort of stuff are you working on at the moment?
Cheers,
Matt

Consider the words of C.S. Lewis:
"If there lurks in most modern minds the notion that to desire our own good and to earnestly hope for the enjoyment of it is a bad thing, I suggest that this notion has crept in from Kant and the Stoics and is no part of the Christian faith. Indeed, if we consider the unblushing promises of reward and the staggering nature of the rewards promised in the Gospels, it would seem that our Lord finds our desires, not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling around with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at sea. We are far too easily pleased."
Seriously, what are you going to do for a sequel? X-Men comes to mind. You could get a metal nail file to play Wolverine.
