My gift to write, my desire to write, my imagination, it all comes from God. Apart from Him, I am empty, I am nothing. I seek to exercise my gift and my passion thanks to the way He has created me. The glory is His. SDG.


Dream Job: (If you could have your dream job in the comics industry, what would it be?)

I hope to balance writing independent comics for many different indy companies as well as work for Marvel, where I've had a few writing projects (and have been reading for 30+ years). I also hope to join a growing community of Christian comics storytellers in producing quality, imaginative comics inspired by our love of Christ.


Favorite Comic Creators:

For current writers, right now I'm particularly into Jason Aaron, Ed Brubaker, Kieron Gillen, Jeph Loeb, Mark Waid, Greg Rucka, Rick Remender, Joss Whedon, and Scott Snyder. For past writers, David Michelinie, Frank Miller (Batman: Year One, Daredevil: Born Again), Steven Grant, Neil Gaiman. For artists today: Olivier Coipel, Adam Kubert, Jerome Opena, Sara Pichelli, Marcos Martin, Esad Ribic, Steve McNiven. For past artists: Bob Layton, Mike Zeck (STILL love Zeck!), John Romita, Jr's older Iron Man work, David Mazzucchelli.
