  • Thanks Kirk.
  • Hi Kirk,

Thank you so much for welcoming me. I'm sorry that it has taken a while to respond. I am not familiar with this medium, but I'm learning. I'll post some of my work soon.

  • Hey man! Thanks for sending me the heads up about this place!
  • I'm glad to hear that, brother. Sorry about the delayed response - family issues that needed tending to. Anyway, the concept is called, "Last Eden." It chronicles the lives of two young, recently born-again Christians name Chad Johnson (African-American) and Victor Gomez (Mexican) who struggle to find purpose in the gritty, sin-filled city of Eden (think Los Angeles, but worse). While our story is rooted in modern day reality, we, the readers, are privy to the spiritual attacks of Seven Deadly Sins. As I mentioned before "Last Eden" is meant to purely depict the trials and tribulations that affect young Christians today - lust, drugs, death, conflicting religions, financial hardships, loneliness, the uncertainty of the future, gangs, false prophets, losing friends because of their beliefs, and the war overseas.
  • Serving truth, God-willing. A couple of weeks ago, my friend, David Audelo Jr., after viewing an Atheist panel on Youtube, was feeling extremely discouraged about his walk in Christ and I know I've felt my own share of hard times as well. Anyway, after spending a weekend with him and his family, I realized that there's a world of young Christians out there who aren't as fortunate as we are. At least we have a great "support group"; many don't , and as a result they find themselves lost to the temptations of this world. What I'm hoping to do is publish a comic book series that purely chronicles the trials of a budding Christian, showing that no matter what tribulations we face, Christ is still greater. I can go into the specifics if you're interested. Let me know.
  • I can appreciate that. I'm been a story creator for as long as I can remember and I don't see signs of stopping anytime soon. Just out of curiosity, how much do you have on your plate these days?
  • Thank you to add me as a friend of you. I'm blessed. You hace a nice work. The draw of Joshua is very impressive.
