Hey Guys:
Pretty sure everyone has heard about the passing of the great Stan Lee. And I'm pretty sure there will be millions of tribute pieces posting for months even years to come. Never the less, I felt the need to commemorate by drawing out my own composition. This is also the first time I've actually fully colored anything I've drawn. So I need help: does it work? what needs to change? Should I use different colors? is the shading right? Shine? etc. I can use all the help I can get before posting this to FB.
Okay, I’ve sent the manuscript and cover to the publisher, and now I’m waiting for the proof copy of the book. I’ve already looked at the PDF proof, but a printed version is necessary to really know how it turns out. Once it arrives and I give it a good check, I’ll make “The GlymyreScape Player’s Manual” available for purchase. Years ago (when we were playing this game from scribbled notes in a binder), I never thought it would turn into a book as polished as this. Heh, the advice I got from a gaming (and comic book) shop, was to make it as detailed as possible. Well, at 290 pages, I’d say it was detailed well enough. Still, it’s only the basic guidelines for “GlymyreScape”, and there’s quite a bit more to put in my next volume, “The GlymyreScape Game Master’s Guide”. Here’s hoping it takes less time to write, but for now I’ll take a short break and maybe do a few pages of “Glymyre Tales”. I haven’t forgotten you, my readers. And thanks for visitin’. Hey, leave a comment or two. I like hearing from you.

The GlymyreScape Player's Manual is the basic rule book for the tabletop role playing game which sets the foundation for my webcomic, "Glymyre Tales". It's a Christian friendly system that I've been working on for years! The manuscript is finally done and exported as a PDF! All 290 pages of it! Now I have to dream up a really kicking cover. There are so many great fantasy posters out there, I just can’t seem to focus on a single theme. Could be I’m just tired from all the editing work. In any event, it won’t be long before I’m sending it to be published. I can hardly wait!
Hi All:
Been in a funk lately, the new project is hitting snags and I have not been very consistent in working on it daily. I was planning on posting the whole completed project once done, but since I'm way behind I've decided to post the first short issue so I can move onto the next short issue.
I set it up to have the opening spread establish the waterfall city, the main character moving there as a kid and the city as it is once he grew up and became a cop. Odd numbered pages that follow are his memories of that first day and the even numbered pages are "life as usual" for him in adulthood.
