this was probably my first comic. I did the individual pictures in watercolour years and years ago. then when I'd learned a bit more about assembling comics- I thickened up the outlines and added the format and the text together. A youthy branch of the Bible Society in Australia published it on their website. they really grilled me about the spelling and grammar- such as commas after mentioning someone's name- and they didn't like the title- I questioned myself and thought on it- but decided to go with the original inspiration- I wanted to refer to the 'Ancient-ness' of this parable- and make a mild pun at making it 'modern'.
