Looks like the walls are a smooth, no chance for getting a grip, wall. The thin lines suggesting the swirling motion and possible entanglement are a bit unnerving. Great job depicting this poor souls trauma!

I love the free falling feel and the suggestive 'bomb bursts' texture in the back ground, all working together to give the feel of the character's world being shattered by this revelation.
