Frame 4, have her throw her knife toward the right side of the page. Your viewer has already placed her on the left side of the page and the villain on the right; you have to stay consistent with that directionality. You may not be able to squeeze frame 5 into this page; consider moving it to the next page, where you will have more room to show the action of catching the knife, followed by his gloat and her dismay.
