BIG MOOSE is the Town BULLY. The comics paint this picture of him being some loveable ox, but with the exception of Dilton Doiley, Moose has beaten up EVERY major Character in the Archie Comics Universe, and yes, including Jughead. Mooses temper is legendary and he will stomp anyone into a grease spot who even THINKS about going near his girl, Midge. This is kind of interesting, since Midge herself upon occasion WILL talk to, and even date Archie, Reggie, or ANY guy who can get past Moose, the gate keeper. Perhaps midge is a little scared of Moose too, and is just waiting for the right guy to "man up" put Moose in his place so she can be set free.... Maybe she needs to move out of Riverdale to find that!
