  • This is my expression every morning...when i see my deadlines.

    Well done

  • Thanks! I'll give it a try! :)

  • Personally I favor the 2B pencil, they are softer so I can make lighter lines, but dark enough that if I want a really dark line I can get it by just pressing harder. As far as erasers I favor the kneaded erasers (you can get them at hobby lobby for no more that a few bucks) and you can mesh and shape it to whatever size you need. For an actually eraser (for those set in there lines) I like the black erasers you can get from walmart... for some reason I feel they do a better job in erasing pencil.

  • I generally use the el cheapo Paper mate pencils, but I also have some art pencils from Hobby Lobby. Either I use white plastic erasers, or I use the pink eraser on the Paper mates. I don’t try to be cheap, but no one has ever told me what I should use. :P

  • What kind of eraser are you using, Candace? And what kind of pencil?

  • The amateurish kind with inexpensive tools . :P Either my paper and eraser are bad, or I just erase too many times.

  • Thank you Candace, it's one of my favorites. What kind of work are you doing that could cause a page to rip? =(

  • Looks great! I think you have captured the emotion really well. :)

This is how I look when a drawing that I've worked on for hours suddenly rips in the middle of the page... :P
