Cory Dawson (aka Gastro-Man) - Deuteronomy 8:3

Cory Dawson, aka Gastro-Man of The Extraordinary League of Christianity.

Age: mid 30's

Powers: Giagantism (grows his body to large sizes); eat; sleep :P

Growing up, Cory was the son of a preacher. Not long after Cory graduated from high school, his dad passed away. This caused Cory to dig deep into the world. He would often go out with his friends, find trouble, and even go to parties. One day, him and his friends were driving around when they stumbled upon a top secret science facility that was currently in the middle of a dangerous experiment. But the trouble makers they were, Cory and his friends drove in to get a closer look. They got out of their cars and ran to the site of the experiment, but couldn't see anything. So they asked Cory to get a little closer. So Cory slowly moved closer to the site. Just then, he was sucked up inside the machine and was consumed by the chemicals used. After the experiment was over, the friends saw Cory lying on the ground motionless. They knew even if he survived, he'd have some kind of disability or something. So to avoid trouble or having to care for him, they left him there alone. Cory soon awoke to find he had an odd ability to grow his body to different sizes. He also found his friends had left him. So Cory walked back to the city and decided to eat at his favorite burger place, Bob's Burger Bar. It is there, he met a blind man named Boe Joe who encouraged him to come back to God and the path He has planned for him. Cory did so, but struggled with finding the courage to go back to church. His past just haunted him too much. Later on, he met two individuals named Joel Jameson and Mary Regolski. They soon realized they had a few things in common. Not only were they all Christian, but had extraordinary powers. Joel then formed what is now called "The Extraordinary League of Christianity," and vowed to fight not only against the crime in the world, but the powers of Satan and to lead as many people as they can to Christ.
