    Also, since I'm not charging any money for my Defenders books, I doubt they would have a case. I've faced bigger problems in my life & I'm not easily intimidated. I like my title, & I won't be changing it.

    Thanks, Tom! I wasn't aware of that. I must admit it would be very flattering if Marvel considered me to be a threat to them. But if I had to, I could easily change the title.

    Hey Joseph, you might want to change your team name. Marvel has a team called The Defenders as well, and it would be pretty hard to go against them over copyright issues.
