PERSONAL LIFE Daniel is a teenager, Christian, writer, student, rapper, printer, lawntennis player pro life & micro blogger. EDUCATION Daniel graduated from Our Mother Mary College (not a Christian school as name implies) as a valedictorian. At OMMC, he was Class Captain, Asst. Class Captain, Asst. Sanitary Prefect, Social Prefect, Student Representative Council Member, scout, Press Club President, etc. As an arts students he was once awarded as best student in Agricultural Science and in Christian Religious Knowledge, and twice awarded best student in Computer Science. He became best student in English Literature in his third term in SS1. From that time till his 2nd term in SS3, he won the prize for 6 times consecutively (in a row). Daniel is now studying Sociology at University of Ilorin OLD LIFE... NEW LIFE At 13, Daniel became exposed by friends to the internet. Soon, he discovered porn on net. He became so obsessed with pornography. He recalls times he just went to gather every book that had one obscene picture or material or the other, so as to feed his desire. Once, while learning computing under Momentum Computer Academy, he opened the shop on a no activity day to watch porn pix on on one of the computers. He was punished and he fled with no certification. Daniel was also a big theif and chronic liar. "All these while, I went to Church" he says "But the Sunday School I was in was just more of an observance than an experience. Those who should have made corrections just preached the wrong sermons, never sat you down one on one, threatend you with flogging when your stealing habit in school was reported "All this while, I was a Junior Church usher. I even stole money to paint the junior church. I also stole to do church activities like evangelism. I was general secretary, I preached sermons on temptation, etc. All were just hypocritiacal and blind observances. Soon, he started work in a cyber cafe. Though, he was poorly paid due to his lack of certification, &other things, but the fact that he would browse for free covered up. He now had the whole world before him to explore. Soon, he had a passion for hacking, then scamming. All this while, he was an amateur DJ and rapper. He did formats for scamming & explored hacking forums. #### TURNING POINT ++++ Don't forget Daniel loved computers. So also loved he those who thought him about it. While his boss would teach him hacking &others at the cafe would teach him scamming (at 14!), a teacher, Sado Emmanuel, at school thought him web design. Daniel & Emmanuel loved eachother. Emmanuel was one of the youngest & friendliest of all the teachers the school had then. Through Emmanuel, Daniel got to know about HTML4 (a web programming language) which would open his understanding to the internet. They also talked on other computer and internet related issues. Emmanuel's light did shine before all. But Daniel would'nt seek the Light until the last day he saw Emmanuel face to face. On September 2011, Daniel's friend resigned from the school. This would bring tears but a greater joy as a better Friend was to come. Emmanuel gave Daniel some last words. A first and last vocal sermon. No sinners prayer was prayed. No Bible was opened. But God took controls. Daniel also heard of a revelation of heaven and hell from a friend. Daniel would pray that night like he never did asking for forgiveness. Still he deejayed songs, associated with friends and still lived a life with little change as Emmanuel never told him what to and what not to do next( Emmanuel almost never knew where what he said would lead). But repentance is not by man nor from man. The one who started the good work finished it. Daniel let go off the songs, movies, websites, cheating, and all entanglements of the old life feather by feather, burden by burden by His grace. A NEW LIFE Daniel started reading his Bible from Matthew & started discovering new truths he could not but share. The preacher was made. He lost a lorry of friends. Twice or more was he reported to the school's authorities. Soon hates came and he just had to let go. Today, Daniel is a chorister and teacher at Church. He is a zonal teens president and provincial prayer cordinator at the Redeemed Christian Church of God. Daniel also goes round preaching. Preached in buses, schools etc. Next year by God's grace, he'll be printing some books with notable publishers, & printing tracts. He'll be starting TOM (Teens on Missions) Movement, which will be doing lots of projects like starting a Christian clothing line, an mobile based magazine (Rekindle), charity, and a choir (A Boys Choir). He'll also be joining a prison ministry, and starting a teens fellowship at his zone in Lagos, New Life. Amen IJN. Secular projects includes Tetintry(a prison charity organistion), Flying Mechanics, an educational app titled Hub University among others.
