  • Hey Scott. I am remotely interested. :-)
  • Hey Scott,
Thanks for the shout out for the holiday season. I am trying to to get out a poster teaser for my comic Messiah's Chosen. Durning the holidays I work two jobs to sustain a family of seven. It's alot of work but hopfuly I can get the comic done for next year. Be praying for me as money is tight but the ideas are just are flowing like milk and honey. God bless and hope to meet you on the convetion floors.
  • I am interested in know more about the particulars so I can make an informed decision. What would this entail? Would I have anyone else with me in NY who are from the main CCAS group? How would this affect the novel I'm working on - because my plan is to start promoting it at the NY Comic Con. Can both be done?
  • Hiya Scott, Congrats on your new role. Maybe you'd be interested in an interview for my blog and/or Sight? It sounds like you've had an interesting career thus far!
    His,
    Kris
  • Glad to meet you, Scott, even if it's only in cyberspace. So your uncle lives in Memphis. You can contact me at WLeavell@aol.com and let me know if you're in town. What you say about your venture sounds great. Will love to hear about it when you're ready.
  • nope, i'm in indianapolis. not exactly a comics mecca, but not too far from chicago. :-)
  • Scott,

Thanks for the introduction and the Thanksgiving day wishes and welcome. I can't wait to see what you and the others have in mind for taking this sight and group to the next level. With my prayers added, I hope God can really use this site as a place to springboard new and exciting Christian based talent and concepts into the secular markets and reach those that may not be reached any other way.

I am fairly new here and have a lot of ideas for some major comic book ideas and I have a plethora of character concepts with story ideas. I am only worried about posting them due to copyright laws and such. I would be great it this community could come up with an easy way for everyone here to get their stuff copyrighted and feel more free to post whatever God has place in them without the fear or worry of it being, I hate to use the word but, stolen out from under them. Just my thought.
  • Hi Scott,
Greetings from India. Thank you for accepting me as a friend. I appreiate your friendship.

    God bless you
    Love and regards
    Markose
  • Hi Scott,

Nice to meet you - thanks for the comment.
  • I went to my first ComicCon this past April in NY. I met my friend Demetrius Veasy there. He's already a member of this site (creator of Lions 12). We're talking about going again in February 2009. I'm also interested in coming out to the West Coast for the ComicCon's there. I just need to look at finances and travel costs, etc...
