  Hi ya, I know you like Christian comics so I know you'll love The Word for WORD Bible Comic, (Unabridged, historically accurate graphic novel of the Bible with a high view of scripture. For ages 15+) 

  To complete the first book I need your help, as I am raising funds on Kickstarter. My passion is to get God's Word in full into the hands of young believer and unbelievers and comic lovers of all ages, in the hope they will come to really know God.   Michele, I've never worked in Illustrator before but I've heard good things about it. I only have worked with Photoshop and Mangastudio, and putting together books can be done in both. With Photoshop you can utilize text pretty well and quite easily, and integrate images, but you will end up with all image files which you may or may not want to do. You'd want to keep your text files as sharp as possible; the cheapest but very stable way to do this is to use Microsoft Word for the text pages and by importing your image files (saved as TIF or high-quality JPG), you would have something suitable for print. What's nice is that it's faster to use Word than Photoshop if your book is not mainly graphics. Both would work, though. There are more expensive programs to use to create books, and I'm sure others would have more to say on this subject. We are looking into other programs right now for our own children's books. ^___^

  Michele, Thanks for your comment. I hope you and your youth group enjoy the site. If they have any suggestions, let me know. We are no good if we can't reach the teens. Also check out the FAQ. It tells teens how they can contribute to Clash.
