My Testimony: (We encourage members to share briefly about how their faith in Christ has impacted their lives.)

I was saved after the strategic efforts of my friends almost 20 years ago. Since then I have always sought ways to interpret my journey of faith in the form of comic story telling. After suffering a serious assault by a neighbour my light hearted comic book doodles took a dark turn as I struggled with unforgiveness. My current project is the result of that trying time which has now expanded to be a unique story retelling elements of the Book of Judges in a fictional modern world. It is not a comic "for" Christians, its a totally secular story, but it is laden with biblical references, quotes, names, events and concepts. As a comic it is meant to be the first part of an elaborate gospel tract, a covert tool that your friends may have laready read that you can use, that you can unpack the message at its core. message that is at the root of the gospel message, one that if we dont understand then we cannot understand the true need for the Messiah. There is none who are good.
