  • I would like to join the bi-monthly magazine.
  • Hey Eric I am also interested in the Alpha Omega magazine. I am currently working on a childrens book and also working on my OGN. I am interested in critiquing and also being critiqued. As for now my cp is in the shop so I am currently using my work cp. My cp should be home by Sunday, but if not I will be checking at the job. Thank you for your time and God Bless.
  • Hi Eric!
I received an E-mail having to do with joining the Alpha Omega zine and am interested in joining. I have a project in the works that I think would be suitable for publication and would very much like both the chance to show it and to gain crit and comments in addition to some help with the facts and environment of the storylines.
Could I please have more information as to what I need to do to join.

    God Bless,
    William McMahon
  • Hello Eric,

I am Markose, working in India among a tribal group involved in Bible transaltion and related works. I was searching the web to get from people those whoare willing to help me produce Christian Comic books in the Language I am working with. We completed the NT and My friend working on OT with two mother tongue speakers. We are trying to give the younger generation more choices to read in Christian literature apart from Bible. Scott A. Shufford said you will be the right person for this.
I would like to hear from you how you can contribute if you are interested in.

    Shalom

    Markose

Consider the words of C.S. Lewis:
"If there lurks in most modern minds the notion that to desire our own good and to earnestly hope for the enjoyment of it is a bad thing, I suggest that this notion has crept in from Kant and the Stoics and is no part of the Christian faith. Indeed, if we consider the unblushing promises of reward and the staggering nature of the rewards promised in the Gospels, it would seem that our Lord finds our desires, not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling around with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at sea. We are far too easily pleased."
