I enjoy reading and drawing manga (the Japanese art style) and improving my style as a Mangaka (manga artist).

My Testimony: (We encourage members to share briefly about how their faith in Christ has impacted their lives.)

As a baby, my parents dedicated me to God (through a church service my grandpa performed). I was brought up as a “church-kid”: I went to church every Sunday; went to Sunday school. I don’t really remember much of my childhood (it’s either a blur or has faded from my memory). One night, after my parent had tucked me in for the night, (I was about 8 years old) I woke up at about 8:00 or 9:00 ‘o clock, after having a nightmare, ran downstairs to the family room, and told them what’d happened. They asked me if I’d ever asked Jesus into my heart before. I told them I hadn’t and told me what to pray to ask Jesus into my heart. On February 18, 2007, at 10 years old, I was baptized. Then, in December of 2012, I went on the Disciple-Now retreat and reaccepted Jesus into my heart. This time, though, it felt real. I have become a more mature person, in that, I care about others and how they feel, as well as myself. I still struggle in my faith and my relationship with God, but I know that I want to become a better Christ-follower. And also, even though I still fight and, at times, struggle to obey my parents, I love them (though it feels hard to admit at times) and I know that they love and care about me. I believe that God is the Creator of all things and that He loves and cares about everyone and everything, no matter what they’ve done. I believe that Jesus came to earth, fully God and yet fully human, to die on a cross for my sins and the sins of the entire world. “For God so loved the world, that whosoever shall believe in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life”.
