I am a comic book creator, writer, and editor with work published by DC Comics, Image, IDW, etc. I have been nominated for a Harvey Award (lost to 'Perry Bible Fellowship') and an Eagle Award (lost to Alan Moore). But, hey--how cool is that? I am also the Founder and President of Hocus Pocus Comics.

I grew up as the son of a pastor and was called to preach the Gospel at a young age. I rebelled and spent nearly 14 years in the Army; I was a nominal Christian during that time. After my wife left me, I was a single father of 3 sons, and I was at the end of my rope. It was during that time that I rededicated my life to Christ, and became an ordained minister. I am now married to a beautiful Spirit-filled lady named Rebecca who truly is a Godsend to both me and my three sons. God is so good!
