Area(s) of Interest or Expertise:

Comics, of course, writing and drawing, but I'm kind of insular and like to do my own thing, so I'm not much on collaboration. Sorry.

My Testimony: (We encourage members to share briefly about how their faith in Christ has impacted their lives.)

My folks were pretty regular church goers. I didn't enjoy going per se, and fell away from my faith (not entirely, still prayed) in college, and it wasn't until I got together with my wife and wanting a family I felt the deeper need to be closer to God and how I needed Christ in my life, and how we needed Christ in the world, too. I wanted my children to have a proper religious upbringing as well. I've made many excuses over the years to not do a faith-based comic, but the urge grows stronger. Ideas are brewing....

Dream Job: (If you could have your dream job in the comics industry, what would it be?)

Write and draw/color/produce my own comics, be independent from a 9-to-5 job, and that's all I would be doing... just comics.

Favorite Comic Creators:

John Byrne, Neal Adams, Jack "The King" Kirby, Dave Gibbons, Alan Davis, Don Perlin, Gerry Kissell, Scott Campbell, Kerion Dwyer, Dale Kewon, Jim Steranko, Bill Willingham, and many more...
