A comic book version of Extra Ordinary Episode 1 (the Animation).I was wondering if its easier to get readership via YouTube - more young viewers browsing around YouTube channels than browsing the web I suspect. Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated!

  • Very nice Anime!! keep it up. Keep posting on youtube. Peace

  • Thanks for the link to webcomic hosting. Are there any known good ones for Christian content? (I have my own domain name already - looking for a platform with existing readership.)

  • I have an Adobe CC subscription, so its Adobe all the way. Adobe Draw on iPad with pen, Adobe Illustrator to rig the characters for animation, Adobe Character Animator to move and pose the characters (and drop in background scenes), Adobe Indesign to lay out the pages and add text bubbles, then finally the bit you are asking, Adobe After Effects to pan and zoom - it also includes a “page turner” transition effect. (I feel like an Adobe commercial!)

  • As far as advice goes, youtube is a great idea. I would also try a webcomics portal, as they have built in audiences: https://makewebcomics.com/article/where-to-host-your-webcomic/

  • Nice job, man! Did you use a certain software to animate this? I am especially curious as to how you turned the pages.
