  • Maybe admin could copy & paste them and then email the files to geoff?
  • Without more information I am not able to help you.

Would you mind describing what is happening for you when you try it?

What exactly did you do? And what happened that was not what you were hoping for?

  • yes i tried it isnt working
  • Hi Geoff,

    Just checking in again.

Have you tried "Right clicking the Photo" and selecting "Save Image As" from the drop-down menu?

That should get the images saved to your computers hard drive. Then you should be able to attach them to an email so you can send them.

Is any of these steps that do not make sense to you? Or have you tried them all before? If so, what were the results which are troubling you.

  • Oh, Also, would you happen to have a content-blocker running on your browser?

If so, that might be causing a problem downloading images. You might try giving this a try from a friends computer. If the problem clears up, then its probably you're running across a computer issue and not a web-site issue.

    Hope that's helpful

  • Hey Geoff,

I'm surprised more general users haven't weighed in to help. This seems like a very basic issue of web surfing. Have you tried the old standard "Right Click -> Save Image"?  If so I don't know what the problem is, since I just did that to one of the images in your Photos and it downloaded fine.

If that's not working, would you mind describing what is happening for you?

If you are trying a different method, what is it?

  • Hi Geoff,

I'm sorry for the delay in my response but due to some unusual circumstances our usual response time is a bit slower than normal. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I notice that you first reported your issue as a general public Blog post. It may help us respond sooner to an issue if you first go to the Report An Issue link at the bottom of the page and fill out the form describing the problem as clearly as possible so we can more effectively assist you.

It may help also if you tell us what you have done so far and what specifically has happened instead of your desired result.

Without this we have very little information to be of assistance with.

I realize you encountered the problem several days ago.

If you are still experiencing the same problem please provide us with the details of your specific problem and we will do what we can to help.

  • What have you tried to get them off? I right clicked on one of your images and selected 'save image as' and it asked where I wanted to save it. I didn't save it, but it seemed like it would work. I'm not admin, but I'm sorry no one's gotten back to you.

I see you're in Clearwater, I'm in Tampa and I know JS lives in the area too (We've emailed each other some). Hope you're able to get the files -
