Bio:
Ferdinand Rosetti was originally a bishop from the Vatican who was excommunicated for heresy. He openly denied the divinity of Christ, the reality of His physical resurrection, His miracles, the inerrency and inspiration of Scripture, the existence of hell and other foundational teachings of biblical Christianity. After his excommunication he became involved in the New Age Movement. This was the reason he wasn't taken up in the Rapture. Soon after the Rapture Rosetti along with Mancuso and the UN began the construction of the Global Community Inter-Faith Church in the rebuilt city of Bablyon as an attempt to bring all of the world's religions together. After it's creation Rosetti was made the Pope of this one-world religion. After Mancuso revealed himself as the Anti-Christ, Rosetti revealed himself as the False Prophet. Empowered by Satan, he gained the ability to perform counterfeit miracles like summoning fire from heaven. And it is through these these 'miracles' that Rosetti will lead many to worship the Anti-Christ and to perdition. He is among the first to recieve the mark of loyalty(the Mark of the Beast), thus being the first to seal his eternal fate. As Christ defeats Mancuso at the Battle of Armeggedon Rosetti and Mancuso are both cast into the Lake of Fire.
Personality:
Ferdinand Rosetti can be described as a liberal theologian, because of his extremely liberal view of Scripture. Although he claims to defend the Scriptures he denies and rejects some of its most fundamentaly teachings and even denied it's inerrency and divine inspiration. He also actively engaged in pagan practices such as astrology, transendental meditation, crystal gazing, fortune telling, seances and divination. This was the reason he was labelled a heretic by the Vatican. Although he says that he is tolerant and open-minded, he has contempt for any who disagree with his views. This trait will be amplified when he becomes the False Prophet. In many ways he is like the Pharisees in the days of Jesus; he's a charlatan, a schemer, a control freak, full of contempt, treacherous, ungodly, conceited, self-righteous,and proud.
