Stormi Jane Peterson, known as the powerful villianess, Hurricane Jane, who works for the master mind Dr. Schwartz. She is the arch nemesis of Lady Nature. With similar powers, she can also control the wind, as well as storms and hurricanes/cyclones. One she can't do, is control plants like Lady Nature. However, her ability to control the wind is much stronger than Lady Nature.

Stormi has an interesting background. Her mom, Haley Peterson, was raped by a ciminal man when she was just 16. The rape of course brought forth Stormi Peterson's birth. When Stormi grew old enough to know what had happen, she lived the rest of her life believing she was just an accident... a result of a tragedy that hurt her mother. She believed that if her real father was a criminal, maybe she was born to be one too. Later on in high school, she went out with a few friends to the mall. Not far off, a group of scientists had created a small cyclone powered by a magnetic force. The cyclone got out of control and headed for the city. They called for an immediate evacuation. Everyone had evacuated or had taken shelter, besides Stormi who found herself locked in a store. The cyclone came and Stormi was sucked up inside the cyclone and was electrocuted several times. After the cyclone had passed, Stormi rose to her feet to find herself surprised that she had survived. Her friends (previously hiding in a ditch) ran to her to see if she was ok. Stormi reached out her hand to let them know she was ok, but she accidentally electrocuted her friend with a huge spark that came from her hand. This scared her friends. It looked like her electrocuted friend needed medical attention. Realizing she was a monster, she ran away to never be seen again, not even by her mother. Stormi learned to control her new powers and used them to survive by stealing from stores. The police were no match to her super storm powers. Soon, the evil master mind Dr. Schwartz heard of this super teenage girl and went to take her for his own use. After meet, Stormi resisted teaming up with Schwartz, but Schwartz convinced her. "This is what you were created to do, Stormi. To join me and fight those who don't accept you." So finally, Stormi became Hurricane Jane... unaware that the people she fights against (The Extraordinary League of Christianity) only want to help her; to show her that she was created in the perfect plan of God regardless of how she came into this world, to use her abilities and powers for His kingdom. She is believing the lies Schwartz feeds to her.
