You can go further and add mouth positions and make the eyes move (look in different directions). You can then talk and the software works out the right mouth positions automatically. Oh, and move the eyebrows. But the mouth positions look best if drawn consistent with the rest of the character so I am not going to attempt that personally. Its the sort of thing if you wanted to create a YouTube video or similar. But “Spring Wind” made me think of making the hair blow in the wind.
Maybe just because I like the anime style too, but I love your drawings. I am impressed by the rate at which you produce them! This one I think is particularly well done!

That is so COOL!! (I've never tried that, so it moving was quite surprise!)

I hope you don't mind, but with Adobe Character Animator you can do some rather cool things to artwork. Its easier if drawn for the purpose, but...
