Northwestern University and Under Armor created these football uniforms to support the Wounded warrior project. You'll see there's a ton of controversy about it but as the wife of a veteran I'm proud that someone bothered to create something so profound.

Thank you. You are so right that God doesn't need the military to keep us free but it sure is wonderful to have them around! :) For my husband and I it was a matter of a way to minister to the nation and to people around the world. He carried a gun, but he also carried a Bible. I'm blessed to be surrounded by veterans and they all have one thing in common, whether they acknowledge it or not, they are called to serve. My husband just serves in two armies. The army of God always and the Army of the United States for a time.
