  • Thanks guys. Yeah, that roof could look a bit better. My reference photo had some light in the way, which i should have taken another photo of to try again, for a better shot of the upper floor, but it was my cell phone camera i used. That brick wall could be straighter I know, but I am not that good at drawing straight lines unless I use a tool.

  • Lots of nice detail! If the perspective bothers you, establish an imaginary horizon and vanishing points and at least use them to guide major hard-edges like the roof and brick wall. Also, always remember that as things get further away, they get smaller which is why the wall looks a little wonky. Keep up the great work, man!

  • Idk... Something's a bit off with the roof line, but that sort of thing gives me trouble too. Without a reference picture I really can't say what will fix it. It does seem as though the house is smaller than it ought to be - the second story and the back of the house isn't quite registering.
