This graphic novel picks up from the preceding issue ("The Apathy of Lumbia City") with Valor, Tara, and Norry speading to the subterranean city of Drommen in a dwarven rail car. They are totally unaware of the terrors awaiting them there which Zan has already experienced as he languishes in the dark tunnels under the city (with little hope of survival).
