Having fun testing out some new photoshop brushes. I don't really know waht I'm doing but it's good to practice. Actually this is my first entirely digital piece. HULK SMASH!

Hey Brien, so I'm just trying to play around and learn myself. But for instance some brushes have a nice pencil feel that I'm getting used to in order to do more sketching directly in Photoshop. And I was trying some ink brushes BC currently I ink in illustrator. And then there are many brushes that simulate oils, watercolors, charcoals etc..but I don't have the talent out training to utilize their full potential, but I'd love to get to the point where my comics, especially the backgrounds have a painted feel to them, think of backgrounds you might see in an animated movie.

I'm curious (since I only use one type of photoshop brush), what are you trying out that makes a significant difference?
