Thanks Tom. Good questions. I think many people, including many Christians unfortunately, have a misunderstanding of the Gospel. So the audience is to both Christians and non-Christians. Educating them on what SCRIPTURE says about the Blood of Christ. The only response I expect is for those reading it to think. Most effective evangelism is asking questions to people trying to get them to THINK. I don't think it is necessary to put the sinner's prayer in every tract. I may add something to my website/blog that asks, "Did you read the galatianman tract on BLOOD?" or something like that. As with everything else it is a work in progress.
I agree with Brien, I like the cover a lot. it will draw a lot of attention. I would also ask similar questions: Who is the audience for the tract, and how does the message apply to them and their lives? And what sort of response are you trying to get them to make? I imagine something along the lines of the sinner's prayer.
Hey Brian. Thanks for taking the time. It can be a follow up tract. I have wanted to make a galatianman gospel tract. I haven't always liked a lot of tracts for a variety of reasons. I usually hand out Living Waters tracts from Ray Comfort. Some of those I like, but I wanted something different. Many churches these days shy away from talking about the Blood of Christ so I wanted to emphasize that. I am still getting opinions, and I like the question suggestion you posed.
Hard to evaluate this dispassionately, the blood of Jesus means so much to me.
I give this high marks on artistic tech: clean art, catchy colors, clear lettering and... despite the abundance of words...very readable. I like the cover, especially for a Comic-con.
I like a tract that invites a response( an action or question )from the reader; so I'm unclear about what you want the reader to do with this information. Is a Follow-up-info tract for people who have talked with you and want more info on the blood of Christ.
