The Astrian Blue's main trait is actually Faith. Red (Love), Silver (Hope) and Blue (Faith) were supposed to have a very special formation/power when together, but the general discord of the Astrians prevented this union. So it was not seen until long after new Unity and Love's return to grace.
Also you notice Blue has angel wings instead of her normal. Well actually all the main Ila (colors) when in their higher forms gain strong and beautiful angel wings. Red is just lucky enough to have hers all the time. The mains have nine higher forms (one for each season) none of which are more powerful than the others. Some have extra more powerful forms such as the one mentioned above and also Red's special highest form (which shall remain a secret)
