Thank you Brien. I give God all the credit. When we started Heartbeat Christian News back up, I wanted an original comic strip and the Lord had already set the stage. My son Wesley is 12 now and has had Doodle since he was about a year and half old. We used to do bedtime stories with Doodle and of course, I was the voice of Doodle LOL. Add to that, being such a fan of Calvin and Hobbes, it seemed so natural.
Wow, great strip! Big fun factor, goofy sense of humor with dinosaurs, tanks and space ships: awesome! This could so connect with grade-schoolers, especially the boys! Well done, Todd!
