I don't color with phtoshop. I find it hard to utilize. So I use a color software called CG Illust. v.2. I find it very user friendly. It's only draw backs are no custom brush shapes and it only uses RGB, not CYMK. But it soooo

easy to use.

another effect of flying along with the blurr is to streak or smooth the lines or color downward so that it looks like he is flying rapidly upward as well, just a tip ^^ this is good though, like I stated on the three set :D

I was able to isolate the wings with a layer mask and perform a RADIAL ZOOM BLUR.
