We have some exciting news! CCAS has moved to a new and improved version of our platform. Not only is it more powerful and better organized, it is completely responsive (looks great on all devices).

The only issue we are experiencing with this move:

I pray all is well, and sorry for the late response. In terms of the project i'm working on, I am currently working on a comic book (which will be a webcomic first) based on Christian principles, namely on how many of the problems that individuals, communities, and societies face can be eliminated (or at least greatly mitigated) if people made more of an effort to love people and relate to them better.
I've already got some story ideas, characters, abilities, and a plan for how I want to do the first 14-15 issues or so. I'm still in the beginning stages, but let me know if it's something you may potentially be interested in drawing some backgrounds for certain issues. Take care and have a blessed day.
I pray all is well. I'm new to CCAS and I just came across your art work. I'm in the Bay Area as well, and I'm currently working on a comic book. I may already have an artist to draw the characters, but I like your environmental background work. Let me know if you would like to hear more about the comic, as it is possible that I may need an artist with an expertise in drawing environmental backgrounds. Stay blessed and take care.

Consider the words of C.S. Lewis:
"If there lurks in most modern minds the notion that to desire our own good and to earnestly hope for the enjoyment of it is a bad thing, I suggest that this notion has crept in from Kant and the Stoics and is no part of the Christian faith. Indeed, if we consider the unblushing promises of reward and the staggering nature of the rewards promised in the Gospels, it would seem that our Lord finds our desires, not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling around with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at sea. We are far too easily pleased."
