  • Hey Rognvaldur!

Nice to meet you. You want to know my MOST favorite comic creator in the history of comics, huh? Touch question to answer. LOL.

Well, I guess George Herriman, creator of KRAZY KAT, would be my choice comic creator above all! Herriman drew over 20 comic strips in his oeuvre, from early 1900 to early 1940s. KRAZY KAT was his magnum opus and seminal masterpiece.

The surreal and shifting settings in each panel is pure genius. His style was avant garde in its time and defied comic conventions. The host of anthropomorphic characters in this strip aside from the focal figures - Krazy Kat, Ignatz, and Offisa Pup - were manifestations of Herriman's brilliant mind and imagination.

    Thank you for asking! LOL.
  • Well, to each his own.Because in surfers lingo a shark is called the landlord. In this case here the shark bit off more than he could chew.Never piss off a surfer alien. They get miffed when you disturb their surf sessions.

  • It's a spiritual warfare comic that's actually divided into 4 parts, about a 13 yr old who struggles with her purpose in life and the belief in a loving God. She finds out that she's cared for by her guardian angel who encourages her walk in faith and begins to reveal her divine destiny. But, she has to come to terms with her past, and understand that the adversary is against her in more ways than one. Lots of characters! A work in progress. Thanks for asking.

Consider the words of C.S. Lewis:
"If there lurks in most modern minds the notion that to desire our own good and to earnestly hope for the enjoyment of it is a bad thing, I suggest that this notion has crept in from Kant and the Stoics and is no part of the Christian faith. Indeed, if we consider the unblushing promises of reward and the staggering nature of the rewards promised in the Gospels, it would seem that our Lord finds our desires, not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling around with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at sea. We are far too easily pleased."
  • Thanks for the well wishes - have a great day!
