  • Good stuff, Tony. I definitely agree about surrounding one's self with people who are better at what you want to do. I sometimes cringe at the idea of someone better seeing my work, but I have learned to thrive on it too. The risk of being "exposed" is frightening sometimes, but the rewards of those people bringing you to their level, and recognizing your achievements along the way is priceless.

    Surround yourself with peers, and you'll always be one. Surround yourself with mentors, and you'll become one.
