    There's a live action version directed by (the late) Ken Anderson in 1978 starring Liam Neeson (in his film debut, I believe) which is also on Youtube, but I've never watched it in its entirety.

    I have this on VHS. It's a faithful and earnest work that is moving in many ways. But I have to say that the quality is less than I'd hoped for. But I also have another version of Pilgrims progress on VHS that is done in a format where there's narration, SFX and music over Wonderful Cool illustrations. it's extremely well done. it's called "a dangerous Journey"
