  • just put it in my webcomics bookmarks! talk about creative page layout! wow!

  • If you can make a comic that no one has ever heard of. And by sheer awesomeness make people like your book due to the art and creativity.  Well it's very challenging. But was pulled off nicely with this series. Instantly I admired it.  Instantly. Crespo man you keep swinging on me. Thanks. I saved the site to my favorites on my laptop.  Great Inspiration.

  • Thanks for sharing.  You're right in that is it a beautifully illustrated strip.

  • I've followed Lackadaisy for quite a while.  It's rich in verbage, history, character development, humor that can be a bit dark and violent at times but its true to the genre of murder and gun running at the height of the prohibition.  The entire strip is done in a sepia cast, like a cheese cake done with a hundred types of chocholate.

Each panal is a multilayer masterwork, however the main story can move slowly, with over a month between updates(but so worth the wait).    Check out the many buttons at the top of her main page, particularly the "Ishkabible" where she writes excellent tutorials and discussions of her art tech.
