According to this guy Abelard Reuchlin and probably others, Christanity is all a big lie and invented by the Piso family

Any evidence to disprove him and his book?

  • Sorry, I misinterpreted your comment. I'm slapping myself in the face as we speak.

That's possible. That and people are sometimes ignorant a little. Really, this is the type of apologetic discussion where I play the person needing to be convinced. The person has to prove the significance of this book to me. Particularly because it doesn't appear particularly convincing.

Did the Piso family really write the New Testament?

  • Thanks for the suggestions. I have the book "I don't have enough faith to be an atheist" already.

Christianity has not only survived, but thrived under 2,000 years of the most rigorous and vicious intellectual and physical trials and persecution.

I think we'll survive Abelard Reuchlin.

       Here's some good reading-

    • "Scaling The Secular City" by JP Moreland.
    • "I Don't Have Enough Faith To Be An Atheist" by Norman Geisler.
    • "Faith And Reason" by Ronald Nash.
    • "Mere Christianity" by CS Lewis.

Besides, I think the Piso family paid this guy to say these things.

Let him prove to me they didn't.

  • Thanks, just looking for some thoughts on this. Yet some people claim he's telling the truth, maybe as a way to find an excuse to disprove Christanity because they hate all religion.

Is there any evidence to actually prove him and his book? The comparisons are really horrible. This is not worth your time to denounce.
