  • Kevin is right; having your own website does offer you several advantages in marketing/ attracting recognition. But as you're finding out with Youtube, you still have to do all the hustling to attract attention, develop a fanbase and hold on to their attention. Contests art exchanges with other artists, membership in artist groups...it's a lot of work even after you've developed a webcomic.
  • Webtoons has contests regularly, but your best best is to publish it yourself on your own website.
