- Description: The BIG NEWS for the 2009 Festival is the RETURN and debut of many favorite artists who were not at the 2008 Festival. Top names confirmed for the sixth annual event include: Mercy Me, tobyMac, Kutless, Relient K, Lincoln Brewster, Needtobreathe, BarlowGirl, Red, Family Force Five, Addison Road, Todd Agnew, Flatfoot 56 (bag pipes in a rock band?) Phil Wickham, Project 86, Fireflight, and Stellar Kart. Of these 19 artists, ten were not at the 2008 event and four are making their festival debut.
