  • This makes alot of sense! Thanks!

  • The Frank Reilly method is more of a drawing approach than a measurements system - so is off topic. I was just hoping someone else knew more about him. http://dhfa.net/reillyschool/

Thanks for the Measurement for varied characters! Helps a lot.

  • Martin, I'm not familiar with him. Do you have a direct link to where I can learn about that measuring technique?

  • Hi Martin,

Here's how I tackle the problem of different size characters.

    Thansk for asking,

    Dan

  • Hey Dan, do you know anything about the Frank Reilly method? And any suggestions for when the "using heads as a measurement method fails".

  • So long as your characters are approximately the same height. Now what happens if you have one guy who is 8ft. tall, one 6ft. tall and one 4ft. tall (or you can use "heads" instead). ;)

  • Your welcome Gerard. It's fun to pass on the knowledge that was passed on to me.

  • Thank you Dan, perspective is so tricky I need the basics very much! Nice lesson!
