Deception and trickery. Ability to manipulate/trick others into doing things that are not good for them (but which look good on the surface). And then the ability to wash hands of responsibility afterwards.
Complete lack of care or concern for impact on others, or pushing further enjoyment of pain it causes others irrespective of pain that they may cause for themselves.
