I've visited the site, PaperWings, (a resource for Webcomic writers and artists) numerous times. The site is hosted by Chris Oatley(Disney/Pixar) and Julie Innes(IDW) and contains podcasts, tutorials, and a whole lot of chatter from numerous webcomic creators in various stages of their craft. I've gotten numerous tips from the site that has affected my work, and I would recommend it to any comic artist.

That is a great resource and the people that host it are great Christians too (and it's Lora Innes, not Julie, by the way). They are friends of mine from college.
