I was feeling so sluggish and lethargic this morning, but experimentalist at the same time. So I decided to make mashed potatoes to which I added:ButterMilkBlack PepperPaprikaSaltCheyenne PepperTrader Joe's "Lemon Pepper"and Harris Ranch's "Lemon Garlic Spice"I don't know what made the difference and some of it may be redundant, but I've never felt so charged up after a meal! Try it out; I guarantee you'll feel like you have ADHD or something!
