I just dont see how what God has given me can be finished I dont have enough help and it feels like my pleas for help to those not on board are being ignored which makes me wonder maybe this project wasnt meant to be and should just put it away...Got some serious thinking to do
It's normal to get tired in a race, let yourself be human.
How many more people do you need? I've been seeing people volunteer to help you over at the CCAS forum and Cyberlight, and you had quite a nice list of people a few days ago when we posted to each other.
May I suggest you ask one or more of the writers to do Jesse's story part I in it's entirety, rather than splitting it up? Put your extra writers on parts 2 & 3. You're tired, and you're hurting, but they will look to you for leadership. Like your namesake, Gideon, you may have a smaller army than you were hoping for, but you've got some very talented people. They answered God's call to your story, let yourself rely on them, their wisdom and their abilities. They believe in the vision God gave you. I do too.
I'm sorry, I do talk too much, but this one thing I want to say; remember, the Lord Jesus said not to worry overmuch about tomorrow. Today's burdens are plenty. Take things one step at a time, and don't get overwhelmed by the big picture all at once, okay?
Will be praying for you, your team, and "Jesse's Story":)
God bless you,
Gerry
P.S. Why not use this blog here as your base of operations? List everyone who volunteered, who's been assigned what so far, what needs still need to be met, things like that. The more your team knows, the more they can share your burdens.
