I finally got a chance to take photos of my finished paintings from my 125 class Figurative concepts. I can't remeber the number oddly. So three of them are going to be uploaded.
And of course finally uploaded a new art piece on CCA and to DA.
I have a fourth one, but I didn't take a picture of it.
This painting is named after Tempest's setember's Magic Paper Boat and loosely based on it too. The song is pretty much a love song, but what I did in my painting is use characters to portray love ironically.
The subject is love and evil, which in such a way their names are their respective roles. Love is a delightful girl, who is pretty content, while evil can be a big bully. She witnesses this every day in high school. Then one day, Evil some how woes her to "get her married", so mainly evil's personality is like a sociopath. The adventure begins after their marriage. Pretty much, I guess it a dream like state after they are married.
Basically the story is about trying to understand why she was married and the idea of marriage itself.
