Keni, the same might be asked of David who wrote the Psalm. Why is David, who is said to have the heart of God, justified in his plea, but those who harangue Obama are not? Is this Scripture not God-breathed and anti-Christian in spirit?
There are plenty of scriptures in the Old Testament one could use to justify killing leaders, but I like what I Timothy 2:1-3 says in our new covenant about praying for leaders:
1I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men
2For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
Do I agree with President Obama's policies? Not always, but he is my president just as Bush was once my president. I prayed for him too.

Finally Sven, I read the context of Psalm 109. Do you wish verses 9-13 on President Obama's wife and children?
I don't know if imprecatory prayer against Obama is necessarily bad. Psalms 109:8ff validates or showcases imprecatory prayer. If it illustrates David's using it, why not us as an example?
